Welcome to AccuFit, the free personal trainer in your pocket. 

AccuFit gives its users custom workouts for any situation. Our original version gave users workouts based on 4 questions: Where are you working out? What is your goal? What muscle(s) would you like to focus on? What difficulty would you like?

What was previously our whole app is now one of several great features. We still have our custom trainer, but a new & better version of it. Check out the latest additions:

CARDIO WORKOUTS
- You get on the machine and well take care of the rest. No more aimlessly walking on the treadmill - now you can receive a challenging workout to follow.

DAILY MOTIVATION
- The first thing you see when you open the app is the Quote of the Day. We want to inspire you and get your mind right before attacking not only your workout, but your life as well.

CIRCUIT TRAINER
- Circuit training keeps things exciting. Customize your circuits with our generator and get the perfect workout based on muscle groups and where you are working out.

USER STATS
- One of the most motivating things you can see on your fitness journey is PROGRESS. Every time you open the app, you see your stats. You see how many workouts, total exercises, and challenges youve completed.

FITNESS CHALLENGES
- Test yourself with one of our fitness challenges. They will be tough, but they give you something to chase and a high score to beat. Challenge yourself mentally and physically with AccuFit.

INTERVAL TIMER
- Want to create your own workout on the go? Want to do an ab or tabata workout in your living room? Tired of using your default stopwatch app for interval training? Use our customizable interval timer for all of your HIIT needs.

EXERCISE LIBRARY
- Sorted by specific muscle groups, our exercise library gives you access to all of our movements. The next time you need one more exercise to do at the gym, just head over to our large selection.

1. We give you everything for FREE. No subscription, no trial, 100% free for life.

2. Simplicity. We obsess over creating a simple, easy-to-use app and that is reflected in our product. We want anyone to be able to use the app so we built it with everyone in mind.

3. Quality of workouts. The inspiration for this app was that a personal trainer was constantly giving out free workouts to family and friends, always customized to their situations. After he learned how to build apps, he knew it would make a great product. The workouts arent your typical "3 sets of 10" either (well, the beginner level is). We incorporate unique methods and rep schemes. Ever hear of the 1/4 rep method? What about the 6-12-6 method? Drop sets? Have you ever gotten as many reps as you can in a 30 or 60 second period? Workouts on AccuFit may be tough, but at least they wont be boring.

4. Customization. Whether you are working out at home or the gym, trying to get lean or gain weight, looking for a quick workout or a grueling one, you can do it all with AccuFit.
